We are Kashmir, India based organization inviting tenders for call center support. We need approximately 20 agents for this work to receive inbound call related to our telephonic services and customer issues , contractor may need to increase man power if required,
Scope of Service:
1) The approved contractor would be expected to manage the call centre / man sections, by deploying the required number of Call Agents per month as mentioned.
2) Call Agents shall be required to handle calls / queries related to various services provided by us over phone/ computer positions and provide solutions to their problems, to the utmost satisfaction of the customers.
3) While listening to customers over phone, call agent has to navigate screen and our database and answer the queries of customers
4) Agents need to work onsite in Kashmir,
Estimate cost of this tender is 700000 INR, Vendors are requested to submit bid latest by 23rd March 2010 15.00 Hrs with EMD amount of 17500 in form of DD, This is onshore and onsite tender. For more details check attachment
