We are Ireland based organization inviting tenders for Delivery of Oracle for ERP Services. Council is inviting vendors to submit quotations for support for its ERP system One on a fixed price basis. This will include a mix of the following skill sets:
A) Technical/CNC Support skills across Oracle One 8.12 including
1) Multi-tiered environment support
2) Experience with iSeries deployment (database/enterprise server)
3) Experience of data migration/ upgrades between database platforms.
4) Performance analysis, tuning and management
5) Technical support of existing modules and experience in deployment of new modules
6) Knowledge transfer to Council IS Staff
B) Development Skills in JDE E1 Development Environment
1) ERW/FRW development including Systems/Business Functions
2) Experience of development of interfaces to and from JDE modules such as AP, AR, SOP, POP.
3) Experience in use of structured development methodologies
4) Provision of ERW/FRW training to Council Staff
C) Application Skills including training/knowledge transfer
1) Significant experience in the following existing JDE modules
2) Address Book
3) Accounts Payable
4) Accounts Receivable
5) Fixed Assets
6) General Ledger (including Bank Reconciliation)
7) Sales Order Processing
8) Purchase Order Processing
9) Inventory Management
10) Job Costing
D) Experience in the introduction of new modules including
1) Expense Management
2) Finance and Compliance Console
E) Experience in the deployment and implementation of the JDE E1 Real Estate Management (Property Manager) module.
1) This module is currently deployed within the City Council. It is being assessed for suitability as the Councils primary property interest register replacing the existing solution. Should the project be initiated significant support will be required as the deployment would be complex and include spatial links to a mapping solution.
2) Experience in configuration and implementation of the RE module and its integration with the core financial module of JDE.
F) Support for best practice in the implementation of Segregation of Duties and System Security. Interested Service providers are requested to apply to tender latest by 4.00 PM 25th of March 2010 via courier, question related to tenders can be asked via email latest by 18th March 2010. This will be a global and offsite work. Providers may have to visit for training and meetings. For more details check attachment.
