We are Wellington, New Zealand based organization issued this RFI (Request for Information) is an e-commerce solution that will provide advanced retail management functionality and enable real-time inventory management through a web service interface into Fieldpine.
Scope of Work
1) Replacement of the Fieldpine inventory management system,
2) Development of the Fieldpine web service interface
3) The e-commerce software solution will integrate with the existing retail inventory management system Fieldpine (SQL 2000)
RFI Response
1) A description of the solution and the implementation process
2) A description of the Respondent’s approach to the project including scoping and project management
3) Approach and costs of implementation including visual design, usability data migration, installation, and configuration
4) Costs of software requirements including detailed descriptions and costs of ongoing maintenance
5) Description of hardware requirements. Te Papa will assume responsibility for procurement of required hardware
6) Description of an approach to the management and maintenance of the system over time including what will be required from Te Papa and any ongoing costs
