Project Description:

We are Canada based Travel Organization looking for vendors to provide primary services 24/7 basis: content facilitation, editing, and publishing services that support the operation and maintenance of the Travel Industry website
Scope of Services:
a) Providing cooperation and assistance to components of the Travel framework in general as well as in relation to specific projects undertaken by Travel;
b) Format and publish news items on the website;
c) Assist with determining the placement of Travel and industry materials & provide cross links where necessary;
d) Facilitate registration of new members to the industry database and provide follow-up (find lost passwords, assistance with log-on, etc);
e) Maintain the online contacts directory;
f) Update marketing postings on a regular basis;
g) Add to/update information resources and research reports as directed by Travel Alberta;
h) Address staff & industry web related needs (where information is located, etc.);
i) Edit & format content notifying source when available on-line;
j) Contact news sources as required for clarification, permission, accuracy, etc.;
k) Receive industry communication (either answer queries directly or distribute to appropriate source [e.g., TA Staff or TPRC Staff, TIS] for follow-up; ensure follow-up is achieved in a timely manner);
l) Format web pages to accommodate expanded content;
m) Monitor and ensure content is current (workshops, conferences, programs, job listings);
n) Attend Travel Alberta web team conference calls, in-person meetings concerning technical and content issues;
o) Refer industry web site technical issues to Travel Alberta web team for resolution, as needed;
p) As team members, contribute to discussion aimed at creating greater use of the website via design/content provision;
q) Attend related Travel Alberta functions, meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops at Travel Alberta's request; and
r) Relay issues to Travel Alberta that may arise from time-to-time regarding sensitive content postings to Travel Alberta web team.
