Project Description:
We are Alberta, Canada based organization seeking qualified firm to prepare a cost-effective design to address the County Service of adequate space for public and staff, the lack of access for persons with disabilities, and to prepare a final concept based on the feedback of all stakeholders
Scope of services Includes:
1) Assessment of the existing facility.
2) Work with the Steering Committee to identify building area requirements (i.e. how much space do we need?) to address the design objectives, addressing a 10 year time frame.
3) Development of options that could be considered for floor plan changes/renovations and possible building expansion.
4) Development of the conceptual design solution for building/site modifications to address issues outlined in Project Summary.
5) Development of conceptual drawings in CAD format, and of appropriate supporting materials.
6) Development of Consultant's professional opinion of the probable cost for construction of design.
7) Presentation of preferred concept in the form of both a written report (with Drawings) and presentations for the Steering Committee and County Council
Budget for this tender is 40000 USD Interested service providers are requested to get register by sending email no later than 17th march 2010, Proposal are due April 1st 2010 by 4.00 PM via hand delivery or post, questions related to tender can be asked via emails.
