Project Description:

We are Alberta, Canada based organization inviting vendors request for proposal for web content management system. We need a new CMS to manage multiple site and to provide design / development service for its public site and intranet. This includes design concept, development, implementation and testing.
Scope of Services:
1) Consulting services: Consult with City's project manager to guide development/design of the templates, CSS, navigation and layout.
2) Design services: Design services for a variety of templates; design for the look/feel/layout for the website based on our current branding. If you do not provide design services, please indicate so and identify whether you have existing relationships established with design firms.
3) Development services: Build templates, develop style sheets and other technical items.
4) Migration of CMS to City server: Successful Proponent will work with a qualified team from the City to migrate and test the CMS on internal servers.
5) Training: Successful Proponent will provide training on the use of the CMS to a small team from the City.
6) Analytics Implementation: Implementation of an analytics solution as required.
7) Usability Testing: The City will develop the information architecture. Successful Proponent is asked to perform usability testing of the proposed IA, design and navigation and to submit recommendations to the City.
Interested service providers are requested to submit request for proposal latest by 2.00pm MST, 30th March 2010 via hand delivery, courier or mail. This is a Global and offsite work, service provider may need to come for briefing or meetings. For more details check attachment.
