Project Description:

We are Ireland based organization looking for service providers for Graphic design of missing person documents. The tenderer must demonstrate how they are going to produce a PDF document for uploading on our portal in a resolution that minimises data size and a PDF document for printing , in resolution that maximises print quality
Scope of Service:
1) The document will be supplied by us and will comprise approximately 154 pages of text. The formatting will be completed by the successful tenderer in accordance with an agreed design concept.
2) Photographs: There will be a number of photographs to help emphasise and enhance various sections of the Policy document. Photographs will be supplied by us successful tender will have an input on what photo to use
3) Charts: There will be approximately 60 charts/boxes/diagrams in the Policy Document which have to be given more visual impact in the document.
4) It will be a condition of this contract that the work will be completed within four weeks of contract being signed.
5) Any Contract that will result from this Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued to a single services provider for term of one-year with an option at the discretion of the Commissioner to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions on a yearly basis for a maximum of two further years
Interested service providers are requested to submit tender not later than 3.00 PM 18th March 2010, question related to tenders can be asked via email not later than 9th march 2010. Tenders that are hand delivered must be handed to a member of staff at the office. This is Global and offsite work. For more details check attachments.
