We are Alberta, Canada based Travel Organization looking for a Contractor to provide timely customer support to technology users. At times, an on-site presence may be required. The successful Contractors resources should be able to see beyond the task at hand and question the assumptions that led to the problem. This will be a contract of one year.
Scope of Work:
1) Applicants should have the resources to predict problems and find opportunities that client(s) have not considered.
2) The successful Contractor will be able to demonstrate a wide breath-of-knowledge pertaining to Information Technology.
3) Previous work experience will have provided exposure to many, if not all, facets of both desktop and network support, including systems such as VOIP Telephony, Network Configuration, Active Directory and Exchange Server, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, File Server (DFS Copy), and Server Monitoring Maintenance.
4) The successful Contractor will be able to demonstrate a wide breath-of-knowledge pertaining to Information Technology
Interested service providers are required to apply with Request for proposal latest by 14.00 by 10th March 2010, this is a global and onsite tender. For more details check attachment.
