We are India based company inviting vendors for printing and Scanning Work for the duration of one year, Expected volume of work can be one lakh answer sheets, however that can increase or decrease.
Scope of Work:
1) Printing and Supply of answer sheets in the given format within the given time frame.
2) Scanning/ Evaluation of answer sheets, need scanners with capacity of scan 5000 answer sheet per hr.
3) Data need to be 100 % error free
4) The firm shall provide backup data on Pen Drive or CD or in such a form as may be specified by us.
5) Minimum printing capacity of 50000 sheet per day.
Estimate cost for Printing, Scanning and Evaluation of one lakh answer sheets per year will be 700000 INR. Interested vendors are requested to buy tender documents by making payment of 500 INR and drop sealed tender covers in tender box in given address latest by 16th March 2010 by 1500 hrs with 14000 INR EMD.
