Project Description:

We are UK based Organization, Inviting vendors for Data Capturing and Scanning Services. This is an ongoing requirement for data capture services in respect of this survey, in order to capture performance and other information from a variety of forms and questionnaires including, this will be a contract of one year.
Scope of Work:
1) These are recorded on booklet specific coding sheets: there is one designed coding sheet for each different assessment booklet used in the survey
2) All the data will be captured in pre-defined formats that will be supplied by us.
3) The total number of A4 coding forms to capture information from the assessment booklets is estimated at around 24000. These forms may contain information on one or both sides.
4) The total number of questionnaires is likely to be approximately 12000 per annum
5) we also has periodic requirements from various internal departments to scan or perform data capture on academic documents of varying sizes for examination diet, archiving or monitoring standards purposes.
Estimated Total Value for the duration entire duration of the framework agreement is range between 30000 to 50000 GBP. This will be an onshore and offsite work. Interested vendors are requested to submit PQQ (Pre Qualification Questioner) latest by 12.00 on 22nd march 2010 and tender documents will be issued by 15th April 2010.
