We are Ireland based organization publish a range of reports, booklets, leaflets, posters, website images and other communications products over the looking for service providers for our Graphic design services this will be a contact of 2 years and may be extended for 1 more year,
1) The primary role of the design company will be the typesetting, formatting and design of both English and Irish versions of the text of publications
2) The successful tenderer will be required to develop a consistent design style that complements existing publications
3) The number of publications to be developed in the lifetime of the contract will vary according to the needs and workload of the Office
4) The design company will be responsible for liaison with the Office and print companies appointed by us to ensure that all publications are accurate and ready for printing within the timeframe set by the Office.
Interested service providers are requested to submit bids latest by 12th March 2010 by 12.00 Noon via post, question related to tender can be asked only via email latest by 5th of March 2010 This is a onshore and offsite tender. For more details check attachment details.
