We are New Zealand based organization dealing in Learning and development are requesting for Proposal form experienced companies for development of learning management system. The purpose of this tender is to select service providers with for the provision of an internally hosted Learning Management System including an e-Learning Platform will provide a single enterprise-wide tool to assist the delivery of all training and development services
Scope of Activities:
1) Verification of requirements
2) Integration and implementation of new system
3) All aspects of an implementation project in accordance with the Departments Software Development Lifecycle methodology (or as otherwise agreed)
4) Training and change management
5) Test Strategy and test script development
6) Unit and system testing (functional and non-functional)
7) Ongoing maintenance (optional)
8) Warranty of Solution provided by vendor
This is a offshore and offsite tender, but vendors may be need to visit for meeting and training requirements. Providers are requested to apply latest by noon 29th Jan 2010, Service providers can ask question related to tender latest by 27th Jan 2010. For more details check attachment.
