We are Ireland based looking Experienced and reputed companies for design and development of Online Registration, Payment and Event Management System. Event Management Department will run approximately 100 events and target approximately 4000 client companies to attend these events. Each event entry on the calendar of events contains basic information such as name, description, website address, start and end dates, location and contact information. Information on the corporate calendar of events is managed by the Corporate Marketing and Event Management Department using a bespoke system with an interface to the Corporate Website managed within the Enterprise
Scope of work:
1) Facilitate the build and customisation of event registration pages and
subsequent information gathering pages according to the requirements of
each individual event
2) Store and manage (securely) the information collected at registration and
facilitate the production of multiple reports in multiple formats to enable the
distribution of information
3) Issue event invitations through the system
4) Interface with Enterprise Ireland�s payment gateway provider to facilitate
online payment for each event (the payment gateway will be selected
following a tender process please confirm the payment gateways
compatible with your systems);
5) Capability to send and receive evaluation/feedback forms from attendees
6) Capability for cross event analysis of evaluation/feedback and event details
Interested Service providers are requested to Submit RFI latest by 15th Jan 2010 by 5.00 PM IE Time, All queries should be received no later than 5pm on Friday 8th January 2010. This is offsite and offsite tender. Service Providers may have to visit for meetings. For more details check attachment.
