We are Canada based organization seeking for skilled software development companies for development of system which is fully integrated with Oracleas PeopleSoft HCM v8.8, The system must provide the functionality to efficiently process resumes, within PeopleSoft. This includes the ability to mass print resumes, provide effective data mining (search and ranking), post job opportunities on external job boards and automatically process resumes received by email or hard-copy.
Scope of Work:
1) System must be fully integrated with PeopleSoft preferably without customization.
2) The system must provide the functionality to select and print a batch of resumes, based on specified search criteria. The mass print functionality must print the individual resumes in the original format received. (i.e. Word, PDF, HTML, etc.)
3) The system must provide the functionality to search all resumes in PeopleSoft and provide a ranking based on specified criteria. In addition, the system must have functionality to compare and rank resumes based on another resume. Conceptual searching allows for the translation of specific keywords in order to search for other related keywords.
4) Ability to upload resumes and have the resume data (contact information, work experience, skills, education) automatically populate the PeopleSoft application form and attach the original resume to the applicant record.
5) The system must have the functionality to monitor multiple inbound email addresses and automatically load the emailed resume to the appropriate job requisition.
6) Functionality to scan hard-copy resumes, convert them to text and insert into PeopleSoft text fields. This process should also attach the scanned resume to the appropriate requisition.
7) Functionality to post jobs to multiple job boards through a single, Peoplesoft integrated, interface. This functionality should also include analytics so that the City can determine which job boards are most effective.
8)Functionality to direct the applicant to the job posting within Peoplesoft and answer the questions set up in eRecruit.
